She and her team worked with me for months to ensure I received the best home for me and my family. I had a long, difficult process with Property Management. For starters, our right to rent checks were not conducted in full, or legally. Then, when conducting a change of sharer I felt threatened, my requests to not be contacted by phone, once I felt threatened, were not always adhered to. And there were blatant attempts to bend the rules of the tenant fee ban - which is illegal. Terrible customer service, slow, unprofessional and rude. Please NEVER use them. Bullies.NegativeProfessionalism
