GoogleI've been so impressed with the staff at Felicity J Lord. Charlie Saville was fantastic at securing us an offer at the price we wanted and was professional and easy to work with. Angela Preti and Laarni Deasley were also brilliant.

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Robert, he showed us around a couple of properties which were both gorgeous and helped us no end by providing valuable advice and support. Even though we ended up renting somewhere else this time, we'll definitely be back when we're on the market again. Thanks!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely terrible agency to rent from - they managed to mess up our offer, in amount and furnishings, demanded additional deposit to that on the contract on the day we were supposed to move in, and have been nothing but useless since that day. I can't imagine what the extortionate service fees are supposed to have covered. Completely incompetent.

GoogleOur experience with FJL has been really strong so far. We've been working with Ilya Hubin to get a place we were really in love with, and he's been incredibly friendly, useful and communicative, helping us with our many questions, annoying as we may have been. It's felt like we've been in safe hands throughout the process.

GoogleNeelay from Felicity J Lord could not have been more helpful. He suggested an asking price £200,000 above the only other agent I consulted, and my house sold at that price immediately. He knew the area so well, and was so positive and quick to respond throughout, that it made the whole process a pleasure. Many thanks!

GoogleReading the reviews, my guess is that in terms of selling a property they do a great job. If your ever thinking of using their letting services, think again. They absolutely did a terrible job of finding and vetting tenants for our property.

GoogleProfessional agents, kind hearted and compassionate to tenants looking for a proper home. Did their absolute best to let me get all the info I needed, provided no pressure. Not the cheapest in terms of fees but you are paying for a professional service here where they treat the tenant as important as the landlord.
