GoogleHave used FJL as letting agents and then on the sale of my property in Stoke Newington. I just found them straight forward and honest in their approach. Plus they did manage to sell my property within 2 hours of it going on the market. They knew their house hunters and didn’t waste time with casual enquirers.

GoogleIt's strange to see such high reviews for an estate agency, but FJ Lord were fantastic regarding the sale of my flat. Even though I didn't end up listing the property, Neelay offered great communication and support from the first visit and even after I decided not to list. I have no doubt FJ Lord would be a great agent to sell through.

GoogleRented with them for 4 years. Over that time they were so bad at responding that our landlord told us to just contact him with any issues and we basically cut them out. Moved out in August 2022 and our landlord instructed them to release our deposit immediately. It is now October 2022 and after calling and emailing multiple time and two visits to the office on Church Street, i am still to get a single response or hear anything back. Not sure how i'm going to get my money back. Crooks. Avoid.

GoogleWoeful experience with FJL Stoke Newington. Couldn’t speak with anyone affiliated with my rental property when moving out no matter what time I called. Revolving door of property managers made it impossible to keep track of and constant promise that my contacts had been marked with an urgent label seemed to fall on deaf ears. First time I’ve felt compelled to leave a negative review for anyone/anything.

GoogleI asked these guys if I could view a specific property. The reply was that the open viewing for the property was full but someone would call me back to get my details. No call. This was my second or third try to find a property via F J Lord Stoke Newington and never managed to see a property via them.
