GoogleVivien at the Stoke Newington branch was SO helpful through the rental referencing process. She was super patient and responsive and guided us through the whole thing. I'm unsure we would've found a flat without her with the market at the moment but we did and we're so excited to move in together :)

GoogleTerrible lettings service. 3 months after our tenants moved out and they still haven't given the deposit back. They misplaced rent from the tenants several times during the tenancy. They seemed sweet and lovely before we signed the contracts, but after signing and payment they barely bothered to respond to emails and were very hard to get on the phone. Avoid.

GoogleMuhammad and the Felicity J Lord team have been incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful whilst assisting us to find a rental property in Stoke Newington. They have made the whole process as simple as possible thus far and we're happy to say we've now found our perfect flat. GoogleLet our property through the Stoke Newington branch and received absolutely appalling service. Branch team useless and property management team incompetent. There was a complete under-delivery of the service contract, zero communication throughout, and no accountability. Do not recommend.
