Many mistakes over the years, misplaced rents and sent misinformation to tenants and myself regarding rent arrears several times.
Am now still waiting for the large deposit held by them to be paid into the government deposit scheme so I can make a claim against the tenants who moved out 3 months ago. Deposit scheme have contacted them also and have heard nothing in response. Dreadful service.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Felicity J Lord when interacting with Robert Howarth. Robert understood quickly what I was looking for, and he was able to identify great properties that met my needs. Robert approached the viewing process in a very pragmatic and sincere way, outlining positive as well as limitations of properties. He then went into paternity leave, and unfortunately I did not get the same type of service once he left. I tried getting in touch a few times, and it was difficult to know who I should be dealing with, and when asking for other options, I was not really getting any response. As soon as Robert came back from paternity leave, he was able to quickly find new properties and arrange new viewings. However, by that time, I needed to secure a place as soon as possible, and I was not able to follow up on the leads provided by him.
