Laarni at Felicity J Lord was incredibly helpful and really was the saviour of our otherwise very difficult chain sale/purchase experience. She compensated for the shortcomings of others in our chain by being proactive, communicative and always available to support and give advice. Would recommend!

Nikolett shows to me the house we have booked for. She has been extremely kind and smiling (overall compared to all other agencies we have met in the last week). Super professional, she gave us all the info we requested and she is really great in her job ❤️ high recommended

Ilya provided very good effort to help and guide us in our property research. He understood exactly what we needed and oriented his research in that sense and managed to show us new properties that fitted our criteria. Highly recommend Ilya for your property research.

I had a handle of viewings with Jakob at Felicity J Lord and found him really helpful. What I liked in particular was that he seemed to really listen to what I was saying and didn't try to convince me that a property suited me when it became clear that it probably didn't, and this honesty from an agent was both refreshing and effective, the next property he showed me was always better suited than the last and I felt like we made good progress. Jakob's authenticity and direction helped me understand what I needed, and I made the right decision in the end!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The sale of our 2 bedroom flat just recently. It involved a long cycle due to many unforeseen circumstances, but Laarni the sales manager was a vital liason officer between us the sellers and the buyers. Her diligent work helped ease the buyers concerns and helped keep thinga moving along. I cannot speak more highly and would recommend doing business with Felicity J Lord Agents if anyone asked me.

Jakob in Sales came for a valuation of my property. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and clearly described the local market. He explained in great detail the types of buyers around at the present time and did all this without the need to bamboozle me with too many numbers and percentages, appealing to the more human side of buying and selling property. Would recommend to anyone.

Really helpful, friendly and responsive team. I had a purchase which unfortunately ended up falling through, but Charlie did all he could to get the information I needed to me in a timely manner and keep the sale moving forward. Once it started looking like the purchase had stalled he also managed to find me alternative property to best suit my needs, and was characteristically informative and helpful during those subsequent viewings. Though I eventually ended up getting an offer accepted elsewhere, I would definitely recommend Felicity J. Lord to those looking in the area!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Orphee was amazing, so lovely & knowledgeable - she went above and beyond to ensure as first time buyers we could arrange a 2nd viewing at a time that was convenient for us and answered any questions we had regarding the property.
