GoogleIt says here that it opens at 8:30 am, however on the door they have 9 am. I’ve been waiting outside for 1h now and no one is here. I took time from work today just for this. The reason I’m here is because I have an urgent request and they have been ignoring my emails since Tuesday. Dealing with this agency has been a horrible experience so far.
