GoogleExtremely good from my experience as a buyer using Felicity J. Lord. My agent showing me properties was Jakob, he was extremely polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable of the properties shown to me. He was also very prompt with emails and easily accessible for any questions I had which made the purchase of my flat even easier. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to buy the Stoke Newington area, I'm sure there other agencies are equally as professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

GoogleI had a handle of viewings with Jakob at Felicity J Lord and found him really helpful. What I liked in particular was that he seemed to really listen to what I was saying and didn't try to convince me that a property suited me when it became clear that it probably didn't, and this honesty from an agent was both refreshing and effective, the next property he showed me was always better suited than the last and I felt like we made good progress. Jakob's authenticity and direction helped me understand what I needed, and I made the right decision in the end!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
