He provided his honest and professional answers to our questions, and I’m convinced the sale would have not happened without this. During the sale, FJL were proactive in pushing the process along, ensuring solicitors maintained the momentum we needed. We would have no hesitation using FJL again the future.

GoogleRebecca has been really helpful, friendly and professional, much better than our experience of some other estate agents! Rebecca responded quickly to all our enquiries, followed up with us and it’s thanks to her we ended up seeing the flat we have put an offer on. Much more personalised than just spending ages online searching for properties. Alex the mortgage advisor was also friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Hi Sally, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review! Always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Rebecca

GoogleWe have been using Felicity J Lord, Stoke Newington as our letting and managing agents for many years. Through 2023 and early 2024, our main contact has been Omer Chugtai. He has been the best individual we have had on the account. He is easy to get hold of, he is responsive, and he is also proactive so that we often find he presents us with a solution - or possible solutions - at the same time he has to notify us about anything, be it repairs and maintenance, tenancy changes, anything. He is also a pleasure to work with. A very good agent, all in all.
Dear Ben, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Omer will be very happy to read this. We are always looking forward to working with you. Kindest regards, FJL Islington PM

GoogleTook us 2 months to get our deposit back after we'd left the flat, there were a couple of people who tried to help us which we appreciated but it still took 2 months to get our own money back and sadly it was only because I pushed daily, emailing and calling relentlessly - I don't think we'd have it back if I hadn't been pushing so hard.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, your feedback is invaluable to us. A member of the team will contact you in due course to address your concerns.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
