GoogleFjLord in Islington were very helpful in helping me let a property .Sally Livermore was realistic in the assessment of the rental value and potential prospects and Anna Gazzaniga went out of her way to help us when we had a hiccup that meant we could not be at the flat to give keys, show tenants etc. Well done.

GoogleAgent was 30minutes late to viewing, no call to let us know that was the case. Agent was meant to follow up with a valuation call, never received the call. When I called to enquire the agent didn’t seem particularly bothered and was quite short on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend using FJL after this experience.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They asked us to move out earlier and promised rent back. Took 2 months of chasing to get it back after lies and incompetence even though it was to help them get a new tenant in sooner. Lenny was nice though.
