Felicity J Lord London reviews

Hamead was absolutely amazing. He worked really hard for me and stuck to everything he said. Better than any other estate agent I have my house on with. All of them wasted my time for years. Hamead was the only one who brought me someone serious and we were there. The deal didn’t happen and it wasn’t any fault to his own but the stupid buyers. Vishal on the other hand was completely the opposite he behaved like a complete idiot and made the whole process unecessarily protracted. If anyone is looking for a house on Kensington Square contact Hamead and I have every confidence in him.

We can't thank Paul Zaad enough for looking after us at FJL! He has been incredibly attentive, helpful, and has gone well over and above what we were expecting. He has showed us properties located not only in Islington but also surrounding areas which we were interested in. None of the other agencies we have dealt with have shown such interest in finding something suitable for us. We are very grateful! Thank you Paul for being such a trooper!!

Had an excellent experience with FJL Islington - they showed us some really fantastic properties. Compared to other agents, the FJL properties were much better suited to what we were looking for. Emanuele Pacella was the agent looking after us and he did a brilliant job. Highly recommend Emanuele and FJL!

James and the team at Felicity J. Lord have been exceptional from start to finish with our recent house purchase. Several complicating factors made the process a little trickier than we'd hoped but we were consummately guided in the right direction in each case. The communication was always straight forward, polite and prompt. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this agency and particularly James.

Neil Probert at Felicity J Lord - Islington Branch I contacted Felicity J Lord after seeing one of their properties online and was luckily connected to Neil who speedily arranged a viewing for later that day. After dealing with 10+ agents over the last month, Neil was a breath of fresh air. After a brief chat following our first viewing he seemed to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time like other agents had: every property he showed us had great potential in our eyes and merited serious consideration. His communication was excellent, he was punctual at every appointment, incredibly knowledgable about the local area, and his Valuer's background sets him apart from lot of the other agents I'd dealt with. Although I ended up finding my current property directly, he'll be my first call if I find myself looking again.

Chrystal was very helpful and attentive from the get go. From sending me the initial video to booking the viewing super quickly and to the efficient communication throughout the entire process, she made my whole experience comforting. I was kept updated throughout the waiting period and all the documentation was sent promptly and no hidden surprises. Overall, I would certainly recommend FJL.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

After bad experiences with two previous estate agents during the sale of our property, we were delighted with the service and general nounce of Felicity J Lord. From the very begining they got it right - the pricing of the property, the marketing, the negotiation process right through to managing all the bumps in the road on the way to exchange. We would certainly recommend them wholeheartedly - with a special mention to Guy, Roz and Charlie.

I have viewed a property twice with Rob Jermain from Felicity J. Lord at Islington which we plan on purchasing! Rob was very accommodating with the timings of my visits and was happy to show me the property late on a Friday afternoon so that my son could also see the property. I found him to be friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area!

It has been a while now, after 2 chains being broken and my partner and I exhausted, Emmanuel kept thinking of us and continuously giving us attention to what and how our search has been going and keeping us to the loop. Thank you Emmanuel for the kindness!

I have had a wonderful dealing with FJL estate agents. Hamead is an amazing agent so helpful, went out of his ways often after his office hours. Hamead makes you feel very important, asks the right questions at the right time no pressure. Any questions I had he would find out and he knew so much and took his time with me .He really has a relaxed but approach but so good in the end.

I finally almost purchased a flat in Angel with the help of Ali Ispir. Ali was more than helpful throughout my whole process of finding and purchasing my flat. He managed to answer all of my questions and made the whole process fully transparent and easy in order for me to feel safe about my final decision and respected.

They know their job. Vivien Klucso is the smartest agent that I have met during my research for a flat in London the last 2,5 months. Please five this girl a raise! She deserves it

Emanuele has been very helpful so far in our journey on finding a new home. He’s easily contactable and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to the market. For us he definitely stands out compared to some of the other agencies out there!

Paul was absolutely brilliant! He showed me the flat I'm about to buy not just once, but took the time to show it three times as I wanted my family and friends to see it as well. Paul is very service minded, genuine and pleasant to work with. He was also giving me some very good advice and things to consider in the process of buying a new home. Thank you Paul!

Jordan is a real charmer. A properly decent chap. He was responsive to our needs, didn’t waste our time, understood what we were after, found answers to our questions, and was generally just a real sweetie. Would thoroughly recommend buying and/or selling through him!
