GoogleI rented a property via FJ Lord for a year. They were utterly inept, lazy and incompetent, disorganised and uncaring and wouldn't do anything unless cajoled. Their staff were obviously undertrained, and their management routinely changed their story during discussions. My landlord agreed and thankfully moved to another estate agent when letting out the flat again.

GoogleAwful experience. I replied to an advert online and was taken to a completely different property. Total cowboys. Even when I pointed out that it was completely different, the agent didn't apologise and blamed it on an admin error despite clearly showing people the property all day. Avoid, waste of time!!!
