GoogleEven though we couldn't find the property we were looking for, we have received an exceptional treatment. The person who took care of us, Sam Fakouri, was completely committed with our research and kept us updated all the time. Really good service, however the properties didn't match our expectation.

GoogleAVOID !!!!!! Bunch of clowns who take your money and do nothing for it! Worst letting agent I have ever dealt with! If you wouldnt throw your money down a drain then dont give it to Felicity J Lord. Never ever again!

GoogleCompletely ignorant. I told them specifically what we were looking for. They showed me the complete opposite and pretended it was perfect for me. They will try and sell you whatever they have on their books rather than what you want.

GoogleAbsolutely useless at managing property. Tenants left owing me aprox. £4000 in rentals (some eventually paid back at release to me of the tenants' deposit). Inventory check out missed that three expensive light fittings were no longer there.
