GoogleThe agent didn't know much about the flat, couldn't open the balcony door, was rushing to another appointment then became very pushy with email and phone calls.

GoogleI rented a property via FJ Lord for a year. They were utterly inept, lazy and incompetent, disorganised and uncaring and wouldn't do anything unless cajoled. Their staff were obviously undertrained, and their management routinely changed their story during discussions. My landlord agreed and thankfully moved to another estate agent when letting out the flat again.

GoogleFrom a landlords point of view couldn't recommend Felicity J Lord more highly. The team are very knowledgeable about the local property market, extremely supportive regarding preparation of your property and very approachable and helpful to talk to. Felt very confident that we were getting the best advice and the most helpful service for our letting.
