GoogleI have been a tenant at an FJ Lord managed property in Islington. Its been over 3 months since I have moved out, no checkout schedule has been provided, none of the significant deposit has been returned. No answer to calls, emails, nothing. Shocking experience and simply theft.

GoogleThe worst agency fees in London. £250 plus VAT, per person! To draw up a tenancy, which I'm sure every employee has a template of on their desktops. They also messed me around for weeks with referencing and then just decided they didn't want a renter with a guarantor, even though the guarantor satisfied all of their criteria. Worst agency to rent through.

GoogleThe agent who assisted us with our property search was very friendly and helpful in trying to find a place meeting our special requirements (pet friendly, no carpets, move in date etc.). Although we ended up finding a property through an other agency in the end I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Felicity J Lord to other people looking for a property in the Islington area.
