GoogleI'm in the early days of looking for the right property which fit my needs and Robert Jermain from Felicity has definitely been amongst the best agents I've come across yet. Through his professionalism he's quick to understand what I'm looking for, very approachable, patient and really generous with his knowledge. Will definitely continue looking with him.

GoogleLike many other reviews we have been ignored and hung out to dry with category 1 gas and electrical faults, and black mold spreading everywhere even with a child in the property. We paid for a year in advance which was a massive mistake, the landlord paid upfront for issues to be fixed, also a mistake. The property management is beyond incompetent , emails are ignored, knowledge of issues denied despite having email evidence to the contrary. Tenants, I would advise not to rent a property managed through this agency #slumlords and landlords you are going to pay a premium for your property to be left unmaintained. @clerkenwellFJL #slumlords

We'd lost out on another one though another agent and he had one on his books that he realised was very similar to the one we didn't get - and is actually better and now we're under offer. GoogleWorst agency I've ever dealt with so far... Although my worst experience has been with their Clerkenwell branch while moving in, so giving this branch the benefit of the doubt for now. Edit: I was able to get a hold of the property manager after days of trying so I'm adding a star, will probably change my review again after all is said and done with my move out process.

GooglePoor customer service. Never got a response from the agency on time. It takes about 2 weeks to get an email response from them. Deposit still has not been released 3 months after we left the property. Property managers are not qualified to their job properly. looks like the management in this company is very poor. I would not recommend
