GoogleBoth Eli and James have been quite professional. I have put my flat on the market recently and they have kept me informed on viewings and feedback. I would recommend the agents to be more proactive in searching for buyers/seller, for example the agents haven't engaged with me in my preferences for the property I wish to buy once I sell mine.
Dear Alessandra, thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that Eli and James have been professional and kept you informed throughout the process. We appreciate your suggestion regarding being more proactive in understanding your preferences for your future property. We will take this into consideration to improve our services. Thank you for recommending us.
