Hamead wasn’t even our letting agent. He was selling the flat we rented. When our own agent let us down was unable to let us in Hamead was there. When my partner had left our door open Hamead was the first to attend and call us back and let us know that everything was fine. A pleasant and accommodating agent. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant experience with Roz and the whole team at FJL upper street. They were extremely helpful, hard working and excellent at the forgotten art of communication. They will pick up the phone and have an effective conversation rather than sending a raft of emails wasting everyone's time between responses. One slight downside (which is not directly FJL) was the conveyancer that was recommended by FJL - JLO solicitors, were exactly the opposite to FJL's very enthusiastic, responsive approach. Overall, I would certainly recommend the use of FJL upper street if selling in the area. 5-star service.

We had an absolute nightmare sale which fell through..... she hung onto our buyer negotiated with all of us and through sheer tenacity brought us through to exchange Her wisdom humour and sales ability Have been exceptional. We have bought and sold several times but this was very problematic.
