The worst agency I have ever dealt with. Lack of professionalism and loyalty. Chrystal and Jennifer are extremely incompetent and above all very disrespectful people. After numerous emails and attempts to communicate, I only received my deposit 4 weeks after leaving the property despite my Landlord's agreement to return it in full after our leaving. Only a threat to file a complaint managed to get things moving. A terrible experience.

Great group of agents who, against the usual grain of real estate agents, treat people like they're fellow human beings. Responsive communicators, they follow up as needed, and give space when necessary. Jordan Ring in particular has been great in aiding and liaising between us and the seller on our first home purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible service. Dishonest and tried to take advantage of us as first time buyers. At one point, Paul who was 'managing' the sale, had told us our offer has been accepted but simultaneously told us there was another person competing and they were set to do another 2 viewings that week. Estate agents should ask people for their best and final, put those offers to the sellers and stop pitting buyers against each other to try and get an increase on final price - it is dishonest. Paul also gave away the identity of the other 'competing' buyers - telling us his name, that it was a brother and sister and the name of the estate agents she was working for. He also told us that 'he liked us better' and told us how much we needed to increase our offer by. They also had agreed to the offer including white goods, and then when they got us in the office told us that both the white goods where now going to cost £500 on top of the asking price, and that the offer had gone up again because of the other buyers. We decided to pull out all together after this because we felt we could categorically not trust the agents, we are very lucky we didn't put any money down.
