GoogleOkay, let's make things clear. The first time I wrote a very positive review. Because the agency ASK me to write the review right after we moved in. While staying in the flat and communication with the agency and landlord was mostly positive, the moving out process was terrible. Unfortunately, the situation in the world turned out to be miserable and I got to change my plans literally in the last minutes. I asked the agency to extend the term for one or two days, but was refused. The move-out tenant cleaning service had cancelled the order friday after 5pm, imagine, how difficult it was to find another one for the weekend! (The last day in the contract was sunday) The agency refused to extend the term. Okay. May be. May be, they don't care, and this was only my problem. But later on, they sent move-out officer much earlier, despite the flat wasn't clean. Thus, all that dirt, stains, etc got into the final report without giving the other cleaning service to finish the job. After all that I had to pestering the agency "where's my deposit?" for two or three weeks, following the letter saying "we deduce 95% of the deposit, because the landlord didn't like the final report". It took a few more weeks of pestering the agency to get the exact list of what was deducted and why. From my perspective, 60% of that list was just blind guessing numbers, inadequate high or simply being put randomly to make the list fatty. Disgusting!!! Dirty play!!! Eventually, the negotiating process was slowed down by the agency until it was too late to ask for the Deposit Protective Scheme to solve this dispute. It was our only second renting in London; our bad we didn't hire any solicitor and didn't double check all terms and conditions all across the rental agreement, and other supplemental documents. Bad Felicity, bad!

GoogleI wish I could leave 0 stars. Absolutely appalling service to tenants. We could not get any reply to numerous urgent issues for months without constantly sending follow up emails. Issues that were agreed to be resolved at the beginning of our tenancy (6 months ago) are still outstanding. We have no point of contact and have to deal directly with the landlord instead which brings a whole new set of challenges. I would avoid at all costs any properties this agency is in charge of letting.
