My rental experience with Charlotte is great. She replies to all my enquiries timely and professionally. On my moving date I accidentally locked out of my property and she came over to help. After that she immediately booked lock smith to fix my problem. She's a very responsible agent.

We’ve got our new home with the help of Hardeep and Neelay. They always reply very quickly and help communicate efficiently with the seller. Although the process was not that smooth, Hardeep and Neelay kept professional all the time and helped us out to solve all the problems. We always felt that we can count on them!

Charlotte is very nice! We got a problem about hot water issues when we checked in, the tap was very stiff and was hard to turn, and Charlotte came to our flat and helped us to fixed this problem. She replied to our messages and emails fast and tried to help us solve the problem. Highly recommended!

Charlotte was extremely helpful during our search. She was able to arrange viewings very quickly for places that met all of our criteria and handeled the offer process very efficiently. She has been easy to get in touch with and helpful with all the questions we have had. I strongly recommend Charlotte and FJL to anyone looking to let a flat in the Angel area.
