Thanks to Alexander, Alex and Megan for helping get a buyer and also getting the transaction over the line, especially when it got a bit tricky just before exchange. We also managed to get a reasonable price even with a difficult market. The team were always courteous and responsive to our requests, thank you!

Have used FJL for over 20 years (previously Thompson Currie). Ida and her team in Clerkenwell once again found tenants quickly and with little fuss.

An excellent service, I highly recommend Alex and Alex - they guided me through a difficult process and secured my dream home for me. They then went one step further and had an article written about my renovation experience. What a breath of fresh air from the normal 'shark' estate agents out there!

This was my first time to work with Felicity J. Lord estate agents, and Charlotte has made it such a great experience. it felt a lot more professional, friendly, and personal than any other estate agent, I have previously worked with. She is so helpful, responsive, offers excellent advice, and really works to find the best deal for all parties involved. I will definitely be happy to work with her again as a tenant and landlord.

As someone who has moved around London a few times over the past few years, I have to say that hands down Felicity J Lord made this easier than any of prior experiences by a long shot. Specifically, Charlotte De Carli (the lettings executive that helped me with my most recent move) deserves a special mention for her persistence and professional nature throughout the process. She was transparent, approachable and friendly throughout - always answered immediately with all of the details required.

Great team especially Alex (Alexander F) who was fantastic, highly professional and super supportive. Despite us taking our own sweet time (with me and my better half having different ideas about our future home), Alex remained patient and very helpful and eventually found the dream house for us. Thanks a ton Alex.
