Quick and professional letting agency. In particular, Charlotte from the lettings team is stellar at her job. She's objective, quick at getting things done and always goes the extra mile. Managed to secure a property viewing on the next day with her, promptly provided additional info and answers to my questions, got everything done in 30 mins. She's always responsive to whatever needs, even minor issues we had with the landlord, and went above and beyond assisting with the extension of the tenancy. Would highly recommend them, but even more so, would highly recommend her.

My experience with the lettings department of Felicity J Lord mirrored perfectly that of the sales department. Charlotte is so on the ball - she always seemed to call at the right time and her sense of timing couldn't have been more perfect. They viewed my apartment on the Monday afternoon - Tuesday she was already phoning around prospective tenants who she knew were looking for a new place, the photographer came on the Wednesday morning and by the Wednesday afternoon I had an offer for the asking price. Moreover she has picked what seems so far to be the best tenants in London! They are a quiet, spotlessly clean, ordered and respectful couple! Just perfect! Thank you Charlotte and Charlotte's team!
