GoogleFelicity J Lord manage the day to day running of my apartment which is rented out. The team are responsive to tenant queries and follow up in good time to ensure the tenants are happy and the flat is in good order and everything is working as it should be. Renewal fees are a little high but sometimes it's worth it to not take the risk of having unknown tenants occupying the property. When the need has arisen (twice I think now), they have been excellent at sourcing new tenants to ensure the gap is minimised which is very much appreciated. Thank you FJL for everything that you do...!PositiveProfessionalism
Thank you for your positive feedback, Sophie. We are happy to hear that you are happy with Olivia's management of your property. Best wishes, Ellie Scargill Lettings Branch Manager

GoogleI never post reviews but sometimes when you get an exceptional service you then feel you should help the person who provided you that service. Charlotte De Carli at Felicity J Lord helped us to find a flat in London. She listened to what we were looking for and then found us exactly what we were looking for. Despite acting for the landlord not us she was instrumental in giving us the trust in her and then the negotiations became irrelevant. We had other flat options but in the end we only wanted to deal with Charlotte. If we ever buy a flat in London and need to let it, I would have no hesitation in going to Charlotte first. She is a rarity in today’s world.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
