I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte De Carli from the Clerkenwell branch of Felicity J Lord. I had been looking for a suitable property to rent for some time and felt pretty despondent after dealing with some of the agents from other agencies. From my first conversation with Charlotte, to my day of moving into the property and my subsequent conversations with her since I have moved in, Charlotte has always remained highly professional and friendly. My experience working with Felicity J. Lord has been excellent! I worked with Charlotte De Carli and I couldn't have asked for a more responsive, helpful, and reliable agent. I was conducting my search from the US prior to moving to the UK, and Charlotte made it as stress-free as possible. Really disappointed with the service I have received from Lucy White. Any good review for her below must be fake, because my experience with her was not pleasant at all and she comes across very careless and not a trusting person to work with. Having had to chase her for the simplest things before signing the contract. I also had to chase for the actual contract which was promised to be sent over at a specific date, which with Lucy in charge, of course that was also delayed. I guess a red flag was when she was 10-15 minutes late to the viewing, however I liked the property so much that I took it anyway. I have now moved into the flat and was not handed over two sets of keys, two people are on the contract and common practice is to hand over keys to all parties in the tenancy. I have now asked her to have my second set of keys cut, which should have been done before the move date and she is now trying to take that out of my deposit which is ridiculous. Honestly the worst experience ever. If Lucy is the negotiator in charge of your move, good luck 👍🏻

The best landlord's agent in London at messing up and then making you pay for their mistakes. Correspondence goes into a void, never to return, except with an excuse attached. It is just possible that this is the baseline level of incompetence of all managing agents, of course, in which case we have a genuine kakopoly going.

You might like a flat, but living in it will be managed by the letting agency, and in my case I was blessed to have Olivia Salter and her team from the Felicity J Lord as my flat's property manager. Good time response to any issue or question, always kind and caring with their service. When I moved out from my flat after 3.5 years, she and her team made the moving out process almost fun and effortless with their assistance and professional service.
