GoogleNot a great experience of these guys. They are a lovely group of people but some are more helpful than others. The 2 stars is mostly because they are currently sat on £780 of rental overpayment which they accidentally sent to a contractor and owe back to us. I lost a lot of time (c.4 hours in total) badgering, explaining and re-explaining via calls and email before they actually looked into it and figured out this is what had happened. They kept insisting we were owed nothing - even though it was there in the accounts. Eventually the manager Charlotte (who has always been pretty great to be fair) cracked what they'd done and I was told it would be sorted next working day. That didn't happen and I had to chase a couple more times. But they're now on it and keeping me updated on their progress - hoping I'll now see that money fairly soon! Probably an anomaly but also a reminder to keep an eye on your account with them and not assume they're 100% on it all the time

While in the end, we completed and I bought the flat, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. As a whole, there is a complete lack of professionalism and would advise to avoid this firm.
