GoogleThe highest of recommendations goes to Hamead Chioua at the Clerkenwell office of Felicity. He was amazing. Always called me and not just when he had new property to pitch me. From the start he really showed that cared and wanted to help me in my hunt for a flat. I have now found my flat and couldnβt have been achieved without Hamead. I shall be recommending to all.
Thanks kindly for your kind words - AWL

GoogleAlthough I didn't work directly with Felicity J Lord to sell my property, the interactions I had with Neelay from the Goswell Road branch were very positive. I found him to be very diligent, very knowledgeable and he was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend Felicity J Lord on Goswell Road to anyone looking to sell their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Dear Yusuf and Family, Albeit it was a shame that did not do business together I felt our conversations were always productive and heart felt. Best of luck with your new chapter. Kind Regards Neelay Jivan.

GoogleAbsolutely despicable service and ruined the buying process for us. The agents at here will constantly lie to you just to get their sale completed. Will also falsely advertise properties to rope buyers in, which should be illegal. In particular, do not work with Neelay Jivan. Possibly the worst estate agent I have come across in London. Lies to your face. Avoid this agency at all costs.

GoogleThe FJL EC1 team handled a rental for me, and then helped me sell my flat. I was very impressed both times, especially with how knowledgeable and responsive they are. At all times, everyone was aware of what was going on and could help, so I never felt 'out of the loop' as with some agents. I always felt they were looking after my interests. Highly recommended.
Dear Alexis , Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted you are pleased with the service you received whilst letting your property. We always love to hear from our customers, especially with such great feedback. We wish you all the best and hope to speak to you again in the future. Felicity J Lord Clerkenwell (Lettings)

Googlealexander fletcher from the Clerkenwell branch changed my assumptions on estate agents. He is really professional and friendly at the same time. When i began my search he was open, transparent and on the ball - about what i could get, options i can consider, local knowledge of the error. Not to mention handled with a great sense of humour my fussy mother and boyfriend. Cheers Alex.
Thank you kindly - we really appreciate your review and kind words. AWL

GoogleThroughout the protracted process of buying my dream flat I had the prompt, efficient, highly professional and empathetic support of Hardeep and Neelay who acted for the seller but were equally helpful to me. They certainly know how to make things happen! Thank you, guys.

GoogleWorst experience. The sale fell through and estate agent did not provide context to sellers and let us in lurch for long time
Dear Deepali, Apologies you have had a bad experience however we do not have you on record on buying anything from this office. Please remove your Google Review and leave it on the right office or company. Kind Regards FJL Clerkenwell.

GoogleVery biased towards the landlord side of things - agency completely vanished once we'd signed the rental agreement, refusing to offer advice or even be responsive to contact. Furthermore, ridiculously uncooperative and unwilling to follow up with the landlord on (legally required) repairs, perhaps out of fear of losing a client. Maybe recommend if you're a landlord, but as a tenant the experience is piss-poor.
Hello there, I am very sorry to learn of your negative experience with FJL Lettings - I have passed your words onto the BM from Lettings. Just to note, unfortunately your words have been written here on the Sales page - when your criticism is of the Lettings department, if you could remove it. It would be appreciated. Thanks kindly.
