GoogleTried to charge 120 gbp for 'meet and greet' pretending that it is necessary Not very responsive to the needs of the tenant. Lack of trust and honesty. The agent mentioned about landlord making deposit deductions (presumably aware of this), whereas in fact landlord made no deductions and I was able to claim the full deposit following the TDS review.

GoogleAppalling customer service. Some staff rude and unprofessional. Others, just generally unhelpful. The incredible number of 5-star reviews with recurrent names mentioned makes me seriously doubt the reliability of this score. That, and my terrible experience. Avoid.
