GoogleThis letting agent, along with the landlord, left me with no working oven and hob for 4 months from moving into a property. Issues reported took almost a year to resolve. I received threatening rent arrears notices despite the rent being paid. Expired smoke detectors took months to resolve. Their property management team are incredibly inept and you can never get hold of them. I would avoid using this agency wherever possible.

GoogleExcellent service throughout the selling process, from initial valuation to viewings and completion. Raj did an excellent job in arranging viewings, keeping me updated and feedback following viewings. He understands the area very well and also what buyers are looking for. Gurmukh and Raj did very well with negotiation on price, and were extremely helpful after offer accepted - thought they dealt very well with both solicitors. A highly professional yet personal service and would thoroughly recommend if you are thinking of selling or buying.

GoogleI takes on average 932 emails and 82 calls to sort whatever. Pray to whomever you believe that nothing breaks in your property. The fancy "House Maintenance Service" isn't as fancy after all, as I need to wait for over 3 weeks to fix the dishwasher. Overall, I bet they manage too many properties, and don't put enough effort to keep the level of service on the high level after you sign the papers. By "not enough effort" I mean they don't give a f**k about you. If they have the most amazing place that fits your budget and location preferences, go for it. Other ways, look for a different Property Manager.

GoogleSigned an agreement to lease, provided all documents and paid and everything. Got a call the week before I was supposed to move out that the tenants were taking advantage of the fact that the landlord improperly documented their intention to move out and were going to stay in the apartment. Their offer to me, give a refund or show me apartments outside my price range! Didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had made arrangements myself based on the move in date! Unless you absolutely love the apartment, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. Avoid this agency at all costs. After letting a property, we turned up at the agreed time to collect the keys, after an hour it turned out they had not got the keys and told me to go my new property and knock on the neighbour's door to see if they had the keys. Wow. 2 weeks after moving in, they've only just finished the inventory, the welcome pack (a copied and pasted email) was wrong and less than useful anyway. I'm still waiting to find out who my utility suppliers are. Nobody returns my emails requesting information. I could go on! You could get a better service off a hamster.

I was in turn told by another agent to wait as the agent who was going to take me to the viewings was "running late". I wait around for more than half an hour until the next set of customers arrive for their viewing slot with the agent still not in sight. At this point I did not wish wait around further after more than 40 minutes. No apologies from the agency. No one seemed to care. Avoid these people. Total time wasters.

GoogleCarl looks after the tenants very well, equally as well as the landlord. Requests are minimal and only when necessary, reducing any stressful situations and I’ve been very happy knowing that any problems are dealt with quickly and all parties seem very happy.
