GoogleAfter a quick turnaround tenants moved in within ten days of my first phone call. Very smooth transition. Because it was quick I didn't get the hang of the amount of letting fee but they are so professional and we'll run that I can't complain. I feel confident that they will take care of everything.

GoogleThe flat had extensive issues when we moved in. The blinds were broken, the washing machine was faulty and issues with the water pressure meant the shower was unusable. We informed them of all of these issues whenwe moved in. One month later, and none of these issues are fixed. Stay away.

He was always available on the email/phone and flexible to organize a viewing with very little notice in advance. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for an apartment in London.

GoogleReally really disappointed. Moved two weeks back. The house is managed by F J Lord and has numerous issues. None have been rectified until today . Even basic things like the bathroom extractor fan is lying damaged since the day we moved in. The mattress has stains and some look like blood stains! Yikes!!

GoogleWe bought an apartment through FJ Lord. Raj Hanspal showed us the place, and at our request, showed it to us again. All communications with him, and with others at FJ Lord were smooth and prompt, even during the CoVid lockdown. FJ Lord also went above and beyond to arrange a back-up short term lease of the same property that I was buying, just in case the sale was delayed due to CoVid. Eventually the sale went through in time, but we really appreciated the safety net.

GoogleRanj at Felicity J Lord has been by far the best estate agent I've met. He took in my requirements for what I was looking for in a property and showed me a collection that all exceeded expectations and without being pushy. He had a great relationship with the vendors which meant it was easy to get the information I needed when I did decide to purchase one of the properties. He has been incredibly trustworthy and honest throughout the process and easy to get hold of for further information.
