GoogleAwful service. If I could rate 0 stars I would, failed to respond following a tenancy offer being placed, then decided to tell us the landlord (just as unreliable) had let the flat out privately after they had ignored our calls for days. They completely left us in the lurch and will NEVER be returned to. Do not waste any time or money on this poor excuse of an estate agent.
Dear Isabelle, We are sorry you feel this way. We always forward offers we receive to our landlords, and when there are several offers sadly someone will miss out. I believe other properties were offered to you but were not suitable.

GoogleI was a first-time buyer, and was extremely nervous about the whole process. Gurmukh guided me through the process with great efficiency - no question was too small or silly, in his eyes! Also had good communication from the team throughout the process, although would recommend just liaising with one team member as a 'main base' (this is more of a general house-buying tip as opposed to a reflection on the team).
