GoogleI had the most terrible experience when renting an apartment through Felicity J Lords. The agent was as unprofessional as one could get, not responding to questions, lying about work to be done in the flat and completely disappearing after receiving the commission. During the tenancy, the support staff was quick to respond though and helpful in general. However, I won't recommend them to anybody unless you know in advance that the agent won't harass you.

GoogleGurmukh and Ranjit were amazing at getting me the deal I needed to move forward with my flat purchase. Ranj in particular was always available for call updating me on the progress of the offer. Without them I would never have gotten this flat. Would highly recommend Felicity J Lord and Gurmukh and Ranjit in particular.
