GoogleI was incredibly impressed with the service provided by Bilal. He was incredibly attentive with all questions and left me very impressed with the property turning it all around for a really quick move. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process which can often be stressful when you are looking to sign somewhere. He was a great guy and I would highly recommend getting in touch with him and the company when you are next looking to rent.

GoogleThe service was alright in general - they were polite - they found us a nice flat. Unlikely, the communication was not clear; they cancelled our contract the day we were suppose to move into the flat, because they were missing one document. So we needed to go through the contract procees all over again, and change the move in date, which cost us a lot of extra money. Expensive agency fees, but this is always the case with the agencies.

I can confirm the reason for the delay was that we ensure everything is in place to protect our tenants and their safety. A new Gas Safety Certificate was required and this was communicated to you in advance. GoogleI pay for a fully managed service to rent out my flat and get a very poor service. Takes 3 months to plan a flat inspection. Excuses and lack of accountability by the management. The idea being getting the full service is reduce my stress. It’s been extremely stressful.

His response to all 3 of my complaints within 2weeks was very quick and satisfactory. He went all the way to make sure the contractors responded to me as quick as they could and my job was done on time and I was happy with the outcome. .

GoogleMe and my partner had a nightmare for about 5 months with several other company’s and mortgage advisors messing us around and wasting our time. We happen to come across a house we loved the look of through general search engine and contacted Felicity J Lord who was dealing with it. There we met Raj Hanspal who from day one was on the case to get us a viewing there was a few hiccups along the way (no fault of his) and he persisted and kept in touch with us on a daily basis even if there wasn’t much update it was still nice to be kept in the loop! It was also very nice one day Raj knew he was going to be unavailable for a few hours so he passed us over to his manager Gurmukh who carried on a important process. So far everything is going sooo smoothly and we were lucky to have been passed on to Gurmukh Panesar by Raj Hanpal who has helped up immensely already- he is so down to earth and easy to speak to and gets the ball rolling!! We’re nearly there!! Thanks to you all.... I will touch base again once we get to wave goodbye to you all! Thanks again, Raj & Harkiran

GoogleI bought my property from a local agent whose service was flawless, giving me reason to complain. I invited Gurmukh around because we were renovating our home and needed a short term let. The property we found to rent via Felicity J Lord was on the market for sale with 3 other agents locally which suited us because it was accommodating to our needs. Out of all the agents Raj from Felicity J Lord we found the most helpful and courteous, and was willing to work with us. Other agents come across as being abrupt and distasteful so we found our experience with Felicity J Lord a refreshing one. When Gurmukh came over I did not feel rushed at all or pushed into making a decision, he advised us if we could kept the property it might be better in the long run, which was a shocking from a sales standpoint but it was honest advice. He was in-depth with his valuation and discussed the market with great insight. I suggested he do a TED talk to about the current situation in East London which would be interesting. We have decided to stay put as our situation does not permit us to sell, but when we do in the future we would certainly use Felicity J Lord and recommend them based on the service they provided. They treated us like people and not paycheques, which is a rarity in such a business. I could not recommend them more! Best of luck to Gurmukh and Raj

Handling me with extreme professionalism and honesty, I was able to find the perfect property in what is otherwise a difficult market to navigate. The team was very knowledgeable and quickly answered my queries making the transaction smooth and stress free. It’s rare to find an upfront and genuine agency who are non invasive and do not put extra pressure on an already stressful decision. I can’t recommend the services enough and will definitely be using again in the future!
