One of the worst estate agents I’ve ever had to deal with. Utterly incompetent property managers have still left clauses of our tenancy agreement unfulfilled after one whole year of renting, and still ignore every single email we have sent them regarding the tenancy agreement and typical maintenance requests. We have continuously tried to escalate the issue but it seems there is rot to the very top, no one wants to take responsibility and there’s always some half baked excuse for why basic things such as replying to a simple email are not done. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional, avoid at all costs if you can. Update: Several weeks on and still no reply. Don’t be fooled by FJL’s response pretending to take any of our complaints seriously.

Looking for the dream house to rent can be so stressful but thankfully we met Ilya Hubin early enough on our searching venture. He honestly listen to all our requirements and after couple days he came back with a house that to be honest was too good to be true. He gave us great tips to secure our offer will go ahead positively. All the procedure with Felicity J Lord was very smooth , with great detail and help whenever we needed! I called multiple times over the course of nearly 2 weeks (and also emailed) to request the viewing of a property we really liked the look of in Bow Quarter, to be told each time that somebody would "call me back to organise a viewing" later that day. Nobody returned my calls (or emails for that matter) and the property is now under offer by another party. Such a let down. Awful and impersonal communication. Absolutely disgraceful! We were renting a property through this agency for 18 months. I've never had worse customer service from a property agency in my life (and that's already a low bar to meet). Whilst at the start of the tenancy they were quite nice and had decent response times, once our tenancy started we were constantly ignored by the agency. For example, one of the windows at our flat never fully closed, and we complained to the agency multiple times with no real solution to the problem. Then when we were due to move out, we were in constant arguments with the agency about the deposit deductions. At some point, they stopped replying to my emails for 1.5 months, and I had to contact the tenancy deposit protection agency. Only after their investigation, the deposit was released back to us (after 2.5 months!). Absolute disgraceful quality of service and staff attitudes.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
