I was initially pleased with the service we received when renting a flat through FJ Lord in the summer of 2018, however things seem to have gone downhill since.
Upon leaving the flat and trying to settle the deposit it was impossible to get hold of anyone. After two months of trying we eventually had to go through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as FJ Lord refused to answer our emails/ calls or provide any updates or timelime. It was a very painful process and I would not advise anyone to use these estate agents.
