GoogleAbsolutely useless! I’ve never left a review but I feel like I have to! Called a 10000 times regarding different properties never got a call back! I called to ask for viewings I get told I will be contacted I never do, next minute the apartment is no longer available this has happened a number of times! I’m still waiting for a call back on a number of different properties! I’ve spoken to a few different people about my experience and when I’ve told them it’s with felicity j lord they haven’t been surprised and they have also had terrible experiences! Very disappointing especially when one is desperate to find rent!!!! Responding to you reply! No it seems like the team are just very lazy! There are 3 apartments that’s are still available and I have been told I will be contact and haven’t! I no longer want to deal with the company! Very put off

GoogleI was a landlord with FJL in Bow for one year and I'm so pleased my time with them is coming to an end. It is truly a weight off my shoulders. My primary issue is that they are very unresponsive. To the point where all the time and effort I spend chasing means it's more of a burden than a help. I've given two stars rather than one because they did find me excellent tenants and managed the process very well. However once the tenants were in, things went down hill. As a result I decided to downgrade my service with them from management to rent collection. Sadly they even messed this up with very late rent payments (which I received after weeks of chasing with no explanation) as well as being charged for items I shouldn't be charge for. If you decide to go ahead with them please be sure to double check your statements for mistakes . I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that all the times they took money mistakenly were out of incompetence rather than purposeful swindling. Lastly, I do hope they don't respond to this review with a request to email them concerning my feedback. It would be disingenuous. GoogleI purchased a flat through this agency, with Raj as my agent, and I'd recommend the agency - and Raj! - to anyone. Raj, in particular, was the one who made it all happen. He was extremely patient and helpful, answering our many queries, showing us the property as many times as we wished. His negotiation skills ensured we got the property at a very good price. Throughout the process, he'd regularly check up on me to ensure everything was going according to plan. Gurmukh has also been vital to the exchange, he was excellent at deescalating issues with a particularly volatile and problematic seller. Both Raj and Gurmukh saved the day in separate occasions, when it really seemed the deal was compromised. I appreciate it was an unusually stressful purchase but they dealt with the situation like a champ and made a stressful situation as easy as possible for me! For all these reasons, I'd recommend this agency in a heartbeat.
Cinzia, thank you for the great feedback. More often than not, the value and importance of a good agent such as Raj and Gurmukh are overlooked. This only becomes apparent when you face issues that might jeopardise the purchase. This is where their combined years of experience comes in play and resolves issues your solicitors are not able or in some cases unwilling to do. GoogleMy boyfriend and I both agree that we have very happy with the service from you guys throughout this process. I will admit our first appointment with FJL Bow to see a flat back in January was not a great one as we waited for quite a while at a property and it turned out one of the agents couldn't make it but we hadn't been informed and it just happened another agent was showing the same flat to someone else... however after this first meeting we then only dealt with Immanuel Teferi and since then have been very happy customers. I think we ended up viewing about 6 properties with Immanuel from the Bow branch in the end (sorry!) Every appointment was on time and went smoothly and any questions asked were answered - if not at the viewing - promptly the next day when you had the information. All of our meetings were comfortable and friendly and we never felt pressured or forced to see anything we were not interested in - which is a part of the estate agent-buyer relationship we personally really appreciated being 1st time buyers. The help to find a parking space to rent is something we have been extremely grateful for as it was above what we would expect of our estate agent - especially after our sale has been confirmed! So yes - we only have good things to say about our dealings with FJL and yourself really, even with a slightly tricky seller - we have appreciated your help and honesty throughout. would highly reccomend Nicole and Mark
