GoogleI had a great experience with them buying my first property. Very thankful to Gurmukh in this as I was very unfortunate that I encounter a really bad solicitor who was really not responsive and prolonged the whole process. But our estate agent Gurmukh kept pushing everything and even explained things that my solicitor didn’t explain to me. I felt so grateful having Gurmukh on my side helped me all way long. Very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend!

GoogleI recently purchased a flat I found through Felicity J lord. Very pleased with everything, including the flat search (where I never felt pushed to do anything, unlike in other agencies that were pressuring me - sometimes multiple times a week- to put an offer on every flat they showed me) and the whole process of actually buying the property. My agent was Raj who was very responsive and helpful, he was always at hand to help me with any questions, arrange viewings, and liaise with the seller after the offer was accepted. For me as a first time buyer it was great to have someone to reassure me that everything was going as expected and to always be available to answer my many questions (very often after working hours, I'm sure!). Really going above and beyond to make sure the whole process was as smooth as possible. Overall, great experience and I'd definitely recommend Raj and FJL.

Immanuel was attentive in the viewing process, providing straightforward information without any hard selling. Immanuel and Gurmukh were a vital force steering through the purchasing process, despite tough hurdles from the arcane worlds of solicitors and chains. Through their persistence and chasing, Immanuel and Gurmukh provided a driving force to keep things moving. As a first time buyer, I was reassured by their clear and timely updates. Immanuel and Gurmukh's help has been indispensible and stand in marked and welcome contrast to experiences of estate agents elsewhere.

They are really friendly and personable which makes the whole process much more enjoyable. They were professional at all times and worked hard to sell our property. Working with Immanuel was a pleasure and he couldn't of worked harder to achieve our goals. He was always available to talk to and always so friendly, calm and approachable. They are a hard working team who care about their clients and get results. They use new innovative ways to advertise and always go above and beyond to help. Highly recommended.

GoogleI first met Gurmukh Panesar in 2010 when I was looking for a flat in East London. I also contacted other estate agents but Gurmukh was the most professional and knowledgeable of the market, always called me back and took me to various properties including the off-plan gem I purchased. He also gave me a contact of a window blind contractor of equal quality, which helped me to make my flat look nice. Years later when I decided to rent my property I contacted Gurmukh again for Felicity J Lord to act as my property agents. Their property and maintenance managers were equally exemplary and FJL rented out my property over three years. I then retired and decided to sell my flat and once again turned to Gurmukh to act on my behalf to find a buyer. The flat was sold and my long association with Gurmukh comes to an end. However I would thoroughly recommend Gurmukh's professional services.
