GooglePurchased flat in 2008 using FJL, rented it out at various periods between 2010 and 2020 using FJL and sold it in September 2021using FJL. Consistently good service throughout and provided excellent advice and market knowledge when I needed it.

If you could confirm the address of the property you was enquiring about and whether the property was for you to buy or rent, so I can deal with the matter and make sure this doesn't happen again? It very unusual for a member of the team not to contact you after three attempts. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

GoogleUtterly unprofessional! Worst customer service/attitude I have ever experienced!!! My girlfriend and I have scheduled a viewing with the branch manager (Louise) and one of the agent (Anca). After re-confirming the meeting by phone earlier today, we travelled all across the city especially for this viewing. We took special leave from work in order to attend and they did not show up! We phoned several times the branch and emailed them. Finally the branch manager came back to us simply asking "can you wait more or do you want to reschedule?". How about an apology?!?! After ONE HOUR the agent sent us an email with the most ludicrous and incosistent excuse! I will avoid FJL like the plague. Get your s**t together and respect the time of people that actually are working!

GoogleAs a property buyer I have dealt with other offices of FJL and always been impressed with their collective professionalism. I have recently been looking around Aldgate with Moncef. I deal with many many estate agents in my job and Moncef struck me immediately with his total dedication to his job and his clients. He is uber communicative and punctual, down to the minute. He is able to juggle unforeseen situations with a cheerful and efficient aplomb, one such scenario made me step back and wonder with amusement how he would handle it. With total confidence, balance and superb thinking on his feet...Very impressive.
