GoogleFrom start to finish, James Bastick (Negotiator, FJL) was a real pleasure to work with. He provided honest and open communication at all times, and resolved any issues/queries very quickly. He made the transition of moving flats a seamless experience, and was even kind enough to follow up and make sure everything was okay after our move-in date. It was really refreshing to see someone display that level of customer service. We would definitely consider using FJL again. Thank you very much James.

James showed client around, he loved my newly refurbished property and the deal was done. Thanks, too, to manager Louise for her professionalism. After a bit of negotiating we did a deal! Big thanks, too, to Billy-Lee Blankson, manager at Surrey Quays - she was the very first person who saw my flat (before the refurb) and it was her as a professional that led me to go with FJ Lord in the first place. She has vision, professional to a fault and loads of London savvy. A great advert for your company - and an asset and a half!
