The work of Martin and Danielle on the sale of my flat has been exceptional throughout. From getting myself and my wife a price for the property well beyond our initial expectations to the service throughout the sale process Martin and Danielle have been superb. They kept us up to speed on all developments and put pressure on both sets of solicitors to get the job done. I would heartily recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future sale. It has been the best estate agent experience I have enjoyed in many sales and purchases over the years.

We have recently rented a property through Felicity J Lord. They were so helpful and professional and both James and Louise were always there to answer any question we had. I have had awful experiences with letting agents before but would recommend Felicity J Lord to anyone.

My wife and I recently rented a flat through Felicity J Lord and I must say Bhavi was just great with us. Even we were abroad at the time, she was very helpful and she always kept us updated on everything. We were really impressed with her!

As a landlord with 20 years experience, I can safely say this is the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. Error after error; never an apology. Over promising to get the business then massively wide-of-the-mark delivery. Excessive charges relative to service. No wonder landlords are using far cheaper online services. Letting agency is a dying business and for good reason. This sector is in need of proper regulation and accountability. Avoid F J Lord.

I have had the best experience with the estate agent Martin Press from Felicity J. Lord Wapping branch. In such a stressful occasion such as looking for a flat it's such a refreshing experience to meet someone who is so professional, responsible, kind and honest. And he was not even my agent! It's rare people like Martin that bring me back faith in humanity, honestly any company or customer that hire him is lucky to have him. Highly recommended!

Danielle did a fantastic job handling the sale of my property. She was great at negotiating the sale and secured a very good price. I found Danielle to be very proactive, dealing with any issues quickly. Throughout the process she was always on hand, communicating with solicitors and the buyer. She helped push the sale along and ensured it was as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling their property.

These guys have been managing my flat rental for some years and overall have done a decent job. I currently have tenants who are refusing to vacate even though they have had 2 months notice !!
