GoogleMuzaffer (property manager) has been very helpful, answered all our queries promptly and does seem to truly care about the service he provides. I would recommend Felicity J. Lord over many of the other bigger agencies out there, as they actually help you and don't put all their resources to selling/making money quickly. This approach will make us a long-term customer of theirs!

I recently completed on a flat which was handled by Luke Jackaman who has been really helpful, responsive & professional throughout the whole process. He was particularly helpful at getting in touch with solicitors to follow up on answers that I was waiting on. I'd highly recommend dealing with this estate agent & if I ever come to sell my flat, I'll certainly be going back to them!
