I recently sold a property in the Limehouse area. I was extremely impressed with how Martin managed this process: - from the beginning he was energetic and responsive, and brought ideas and thoughts on how best to market to property, including getting a new set of photos taken; - he preempted what buyers would ask for to help me be prepared (e.g. EWS cladding certificates) and made sure it was clear that everything was in place on the rightmove page; - his advice on where to price (and then when to move the price) was professional, sensible and empathetic to my current position and needs; - once we had an offer, Martin was very responsive in keeping me informed, and proactive to keep chasing both sets of lawyers and the buyers - throughout the whole process Martin combined professionalism with empathy and enthusiasm and was a pleasure to work with. Overall, buying or selling a property is always a stressful process, and there are always bumps in the road, but having worked with multiple agents in the past I would thoroughly recommend Martin and this branch of FJ Lord to any perspective buyers/sellers.

My property search has been stress free as I was calling multiple agents enquiring about properties. Until I phoned this agency and Spoke to Ben he was fun, bubbly and all well rounded professional who actually made me feel like I was taking to a friend trying to help rather than an agent looking to make a deal. As an independent Chartered Building Surveyor and Valuer I have found the sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable with respect to local property valuation. The Agency is also very co-operative in allowing my clients having property surveys carried out the facility to attend the property further under supervision post survey where appraisals can be promptly given and potential for improvement reviewed and discussed. Some Agents can be suspicious of Surveyors but F J Lord always make an effort in assisting me to fully undertake property surveys for potential purchasers and assist in remedying with the vendor any issues arising.
