We had a rather difficult situation with our last tenant, who unfortunately had to vacate the property earlier due to ill health. Justyna, whom we have been dealing at the agency, was very proactive finding new tenants and helping us trough the process with prompt and helpful advice. She's fantastic.

FJL have been involved in letting out my flat for nearly 6 years and I have no plans to move away from them. Jennifer in particular who has dealt with my most recent tenant change has been excellent. I've had no issues with the tenants they've found for me and totally trust their service.

Terrible customer service. Never call back about booking viewings. My husband and tonight were left standing for 20 minites waiting for the estate agent to meet us for a viewing. Their call centre couldnt wven put us on touch with th person who was meant rk be taking the viewing. Not impressed

She was temendous,professional,and very tardy with absolutely everything. She completed my contracts efficiently and made the whole process actually pleasant.I would highly recommend her to anyone. Had a great experience finding a flat and going through the letting process with Ilya - he was extremely helpful and active from the start, making the whole experience enjoyable when it can be very stressful sometimes! TrustpilotBroken our contract within one month of tenancy
The Bow branch have failed to fulfil several aspects of our agreed tenancy contract. We have been chasing the sales agent and the property management team for months now, and there seems to be no oversight anywhere in the branch (Bow). Their contractors are equally incompetent, failing to turn up and never progressing the project at any stage. We really liked our sales agent at first, but now we feel he sold us various aspects of our contract without ever intending to follow through. Very disappointing :(

We have dealt with serious issues for over a month and have constantly been calling and emailing the property management team to get these fixed, to no avail.After sending multiple emails and phone calls to Carl Gunn in the first three weeks we had to get our landlord involved directly. As soon as he called we were contacted by another of Carls colleague, who sent somebody round to check on the issues.. They sent a contractor round (Who arrived an hour late), barely looked over our issues and said he'll send somebody else round to fix them.. I'm not sure why he even bothered to visit.Nearly two weeks has passed now and we have heard nothing and are ignored by the property management team, despite our landlord emailing them to approve the repairs. After constant calling I got through to another women, who sounded like she couldn't be asked to work there and surprise, surprise - she hung up on me..If you can avoid these guys please do at all costs - it's not worth your time and effort.

VERY VERY bad property management, we have had issues in the flat starting one month after moving in, we have not been able to use the washing machine and en-suite shower for 2,5 months now and recently the bathroom wall is coming off because of a leak upstairs. The agency sent 2 people to see the machine and shower, first one was when we reported the issue - nothing happened after this, no repairs, ignoring our emails and not being provided a plan of action or any update- and then the second guy came after 2 months, to check and say exactly the same as the first one. No updates and no communication from the agency on what is going to happen next or when. It’s been 2 weeks since the second guy came and have heard nothing from them although we are constantly getting in touch. Would advise against using them as they are unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant.

Recently used Bow branch to secure a letting on our property that had been void for 2 months with another agent. FJL found a tenant within a week. Thorough reference checks and always responsive to queries and calls. Really like the new online portal as well, which has made things more transparent.

Really underwhelming experience. Phoned to try to arrange a valuation, the person on the phone was abrupt and had lots of unnecessary questions. Valuation then booked and the agent didn't turn up and they never followed up.

The sales process at Felicity J Lord was incredibly easy, great communication throughout, and generally made the process very easy. They also came and fixed a broken circuit very quickly for us.However, there are various terms we agreed upon moving into the flat haven't been fulfilled, including the professional clean, electrical work, and shower renovation, even two months on from our move in date. Our agent is still great at staying in touch and replying to us, but the organisation of these services has taken over 8 weeks. Perhaps the contractors they use aren't great.

I wouldn’t touch this agency with a barge pole. They are the most untrustworthy group of people that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Throughout the process of buying a property through them I was first told that I had to use their mortgage broker otherwise risked losing the property as that was part of their decision to choose me as the buyer. I stood my ground and stuck with my mortgage broker. I was then given a date for the valuation which the valuer turned up for only to be ignored by Felicity J Lord who couldn’t be bothered to answer the door and had to wait another 4 weeks to reschedule the valuation. Felicity J Lord then facilitated the seller to rent out the property without telling me (the buyer) and only notified me that tenants were actually in the property already when I was at a point of completion. It was at that point I was told I would have to wait another 3 months for that tenancy to end before I would get the keys. Absolutely disgraceful practice which I urge anyone not to use. None of the above has been fabricated or exaggerated. They have cost me so much money and time that I will never get back
