After one month of desperate search for a flat in London, I luckily met Charlotte from Felicity J Lords Clerkenwell branch and it only took a day for her to find a great flat for me and in just a week I was able to move in. Love Charlotte’s transparency, straightforward approach and cheerful attitude. Defo recommended.

The best service I've had from a letting agency. Our agent Jennifer at the Islington branch couldn't have been more helpful. The communication was excellent and she was friendly and knowledgeable making the moving in process very easy. A total contrast to the last time I moved with a different agency! I would highly recommend them.

Great service by Monika & Inga while letting a place in Shad Thames. First, they were incredibly coherent about managing expectations, setting a high bar for themselves. Second, they delivered superbly, securing a high quality tenant within 2-3 days from placing the ad, at full asking price. Excellent communication throughout! Would totally recommend and use again.

Bow office team were super efficient, and whole process of finding tenant, organising all the paperwork and documentation was seamless with all the new online processes especially as I'm based abroad. Process from start to finish of marketing the flat and moving in a tenant was executed incredibly efficiently within a week. Great experience.

FJL has always found us excellent tenants and our flat has never been left vacant. I'd like to single out Jordan...her upbeat telephone manner inspires such confidence! I pay for the whole package but usually find my own workers to do the maintenance as FJL is liable, in my opinion, to prefer overpriced companies.
