AVOID AT ALL COSTSTenants - they have wrongfully kept my tenant’s money (nearly £2,0000) paid by him to them by mistake after he left. This happened in August - they still have not returned the money to him or responded to my emails/callsLandlords - they owe me over £6,000 of commission erroneously charged.They have ignored emails and phone calls Utterly incompetent and dishonest.

I won't recommend to use them.Poor communication and bad management.They give you different numbers to call, re-directing you, absolving themselves of all responsibilityIt often takes weeks, and endless emails and calls to get an answer including giving updates and paying deposit back.

Scott and the FJL team totally knocked it out of park. From the first encounter all the way through to signing the contract they were always available for answers and advice. He always answers my queries straight away, has reacted immediately to any problems which have arisen with viewings and has been helpful and speedy with finding new tenants for our flat. Dishonest Estate agents. They have zero customer service and are happy to defraud you at any cost. I wouldn't trust them with a doll's house. Especially the Blackheath branch. The branch manager there is extremely underhand, which is difficult if you want to make a complaint against the blatant lies their agents tell. Disgusted by this company.
