Felicity J Lord have made the process of letting my flat for the first time incredibly smooth and stress-free. Charlotte in the Clerkenwell office was fantastic and helped us find tenants very quickly, and Jennifer Hambling in property management has provided an excellent service - kind and professional, with a very fast response rate. I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of letting a property.

Poor customer service. Never got a response from the agency on time. It takes about 2 weeks to get an email response from them. Deposit still has not been released 3 months after we left the property. Property managers are not qualified to their job properly and looks like the management is not great at all
