This company continue to provide a poor service as managing agents. They either do not answer their phones or continue to not respond to messages left to return calls. I have been trying to get basic things fixed round my rental for months now. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for managing agents in the hackney area to avoid this company.

This company caused me extrem hassel . Because, they accepted my documents and pushed me to pay the deposit. Then after 25 days , they canceled claiming the land lord not accepting students. Then i had to start from zero and search for accomodation waisting my Time and Money. They were even hesitant to refund my deposit.

Staff took along time to respond to queries, didn't know they held keys, had poor contacts with tradesmen.Now that the original marketing contact left I shall be looking for a new agent at the end of the tenancy.
