TrustpilotAbsolutely worst ever letting agent - avoid at all costs.
The incompetence of this company is almost unbelieveable. I have been unfortunate enough to be a tenant via them for four years at two different properties. Literally every single time I have interacted with them they have made errors or been unsatisfactory in some manner. Some examples:
a. demanding monies despite paying on time and on the exact date they requested payment;
b. allowing me to move into a property despite not receiving confirmation of permission from the landlord;
c. a member of staff losing their mobile phone on holiday that contained my personal bank card details;
d. not fixing a broken boiler for six months.
Please do yourself a favour and do not use this company. They are utterly incompetent and brazen about it too.
