In total:- Constantly lie- No feedback- Do not answer questions- Do not call back- Ignore emails and questions askedMore details:Everything is fine at the stage of searching for and signing an apartment lease agreement, but after the conclusion of the agreement, and especially at the end of the lease, it is absolutely disgusting. Perhaps it depends on the individual. At the time of the conclusion of the contract, I worked with Serge Openko, who then quit.At the end of the lease, David Greenslade was my agent. I do not recommend anyone to deal with him. As with Felicity on Bow.- They don't care about your requests. As example - I asked for the opportunity to have a cat - the realtor just immediately answered "no". Although, as it turned out, you can get a cat, I found out about this by talking directly with the owners of the house- When I was about to move out - my agent simply ignored all my messages, which is why they started looking for new tenants with a delay of 2 weeks - and then - because I wrote to the general email of the agency- The deposit and deduction for the last month was returned to me about 2 months after my departure. And then - only because I began to constantly write and call them and bother everyone I could - an agent, head of agencies, spacehaart managersAnd even then - not completely. I paid the full amount of the rent for the last month, having lived in the apartment for 2 weeks. The return that I received for the remaining 2 weeks (in theory) is 3 times less than it should have beenNobody gave me any explanations - they just ignore all the questions.- I received the checkout report only a month later, from the moment it was made, and then - only when I started to complain to the management- They constantly lie that one of them is on vacation, or he is not in the office and he will call back, they constantly lie that they will call back, ignore questions, do not give any information, even if they promise to do something on time - be sure - it will be fu**ed upIn general - instead of making it easier for me to move, they made it difficultI spent a lot of time and nerves just to get my money back, although it could all be done without problems within one week

Superb Service! Surpasses all expectations.

Me and my Husband have been so impressed and grateful for the absolutely outstanding service we received from Gurmukh Panesar during our Property purchase.Me and my husband were in a very stressful situation due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, not being physically near the property, and unfortunately a very bad solicitor. However, very luckily for us Gurmukh has been so understanding, professional and friendly, and really went above and beyond to help us.Gurmukh offered excellent insight to the solicitor process (which we were clueless about) and even helped up receive packages and set-up wifi (without his help we would have had to have waited another 3 weeks to move in at least.) He also kept us updated every step of the way and was always easy to contact.I don't normally write reviews, but I felt this is the least I can do as we've been so impressed by the service from Gurmukh and strongly recommend his services and this company to all!

Amazing support and service.

F.J. Lord has provided service of excellence to me. I was looking for a flat in London with quite a few variables so I will not call my self an easy client. I was assigned with one of the agents, Anna, and I have to admit the process of finding a flat, making an offer to signing the contracts has never been so smooth for me. We did a virtual tour where Anna was more than detailed in her description, managed to get the flat at the rate I was able to request, all contracts, documents were singed off digitally and to date, I still get support from the agency for any queries I might have. Based on my experience with real estate, it's not easy to find agencies which will care for the landlords and also for the tenants as well for which I'm grateful. Post the tenancy of the flat I'm currently renting, I'm definitely looking forward to continuing my business with F. J. Lord. Highly recommended service.

Appalling rental managed sservice

We received the worst management service possible during the rental of our flat and it was almost impossible to obtain the refund owed at the end of the tenancy, taking over five months to be refunded. Never, ever use FJL as a managed renat service.

We have had an amazing experience

We have had an amazing experience with Ilya. We had to move during covid and were not able to visit the property in person before moving in. Ilya quickly understood our situation and made sure we had detailed video tours, he solved all of our questions and helped us settle in as soon as we arrived. He ensured the flat was professionally cleaned, appliances were working, and some required painting was done before we even arrived in the country. He has been very responsive and helpful. Property inspection

This review relates to Jean, Senior Property Manager at FJL. We felt that that property inspection process hadn’t been properly explained to us by FJL as part of the letting process and so we didn’t really know what to expect, but Jean went out of her way to ensure that once she arrived, we felt comfortable with what she would be doing, what the purpose of her visit was and what the next steps would be.
