What a refreshing call this was with two of the the Felicity J Lord Staff, first was ruby who sounded so alive and welcoming a credit to the team and then passed on to Theodore Rotsa, who was equally as pleasant, Knowledgeable and very helpful indeed - if i am after a place in London these guys will be my first call for sure.

Great inventory from SarahSarah Kelsey did a really good check-in, very detailed and professional but warm and friendly too. Noticed lots of little details I might not have spotted so really useful to have it all recorded on moving in. It was a superior check-in experience to others I have had with other letting agents, I would highly recommend Sarah.

I’m extremely unhappy with Felicity J Lord’s service. Despite my offer being accepted over a month in advance, the contract arrived just 2 days before my move-in date despite my multiple requests. I had to chase every step and was misled about payment methods. Indeed because my payment was being refused on the portal without any explanation, an alternative solution was proposed in order for me to get keys on the move-in day. Despite complying with these requirements, I was denied keys on the day. This lack of professionalism and coordination is disappointing and shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
